Before contacting any organizations, please compile the following information (if they apply to you) to determine eligibility.
• Social Security card(s)

• Proof of income
• Police report (if a victim of abuse or theft)
• Fire report (if a victim of fire or other disasters)
• Legal documents (child custody/court orders)
